Our school envisions a safe and caring familiy of parents, staff, and community members who will work together effectively to provide a creative and inviting learning environment. By assessing and monitoring each student's progress,we will identify and implement strategies for improving student achievement which prepares them for the challenges of the 21st century.
VALUE STATEMENT
As we work to attain our vision as a Professional Learning Team, the staff at Bugg Creative Arts and Science Magnet School has made the following commitments:
1. We will utilize differentiated learning experiences, arts integration, research-based stategies and resources to meet individual needs to ensure the growth of all students.
2. We will communicate effectively with parents/families by providing resources, strategies, and training to foster student success.
3. We will create a positive school climate through acceptance and commitment to our school's vision by modeling the qualities and characteristics we hope to instill in our students.
4. We will participate in professional staff development through state, county and school-base initiatives.
5. We will analyze and interpret data to develop strategies to improve student achievement.
