Technology at Bugg Elementary

At Bugg Creative Arts & Science Magnet Elementary School, we are helping our students learn how to be successful in the information age by encouraging the routine use of technology as a tool for learning.

Technology Lab

Bugg students have access to computer labs of networked multimedia PCs. The main computer lab has 28 Pentium Dual-Core Dell PCs along with 4 Pentium IV IBM PCs. Teachers bring their classes to these labs for instruction, to work on projects, to do research, to use educational software, practice keyboarding, and a variety of other skills. In addition to the computers, digital and video cameras, the Internet, and a wide selection of curriculum-related software, North Carolina has an excellent curriculum for students to learn technology. To learn more about Technology Curriculum in North Carolina schools, please click this link http://www.dpi.state.nc.us/curriculum/computer.skills
